  • One to One Meditation

    For many, one-to-one sessions offer the ideal environment for learning meditation. They allow for personalised guidance, flexible scheduling, and the chance to shape the practice to suit your individual lifestyle and needs.

    Together, we’ll develop a meditation program just for you. You’ll build confidence with simple daily homework, and we’ll explore the key do’s and don’ts of your technique—grounded in the latest insights from interpersonal neurobiology and nervous system regulation.

    One-to-one meditation is typically taught over three one-hour sessions.
    Top-up sessions are available as needed to refresh, deepen, or troubleshoot your practice over time.

  • Pop-up meditation courses include four supportive one-hour sessions:

    • Session One: A private one-to-one session where you’ll learn the core technique in a personalised setting.

    • Sessions Two & Three: Small group sessions offering practical guidance to help you establish your own routine, with space for questions, integration, and support.

    • Maintenance Session: Held approximately two months later, this follow-up provides ongoing support and helps you sustain and deepen your practice.

  • Private Top-up sessions can be booked anytime to refresh your practice, explore challenges, or deepen your experience.
