Everyone can benefit from therapy

Whether you’re going through a crisis or simply want an outside perspective on your thoughts, talking with a compassionate and experienced professional is beneficial. 

With one-to-one therapy, I can support you to develop awareness around stuck patterns of behaviour. Those patterns that keep showing up, but don’t serve you anymore. Things like conflict, a harsh inner critic, lack of confidence, fear, stress or worry. It could be problems with communication, or adjusting to the impacts of difficult events and past experiences.

I am passionate about gender equality and the empowerment of wo(men)+ of all ages and life stages. I can help you learn to set and respect healthy boundaries and build a stronger sense of self, to find forward motion and shed notions like people pleasing and ’nice girl/guy syndrome’.

GESTALT THERAPY

Gestalt therapy is a growth oriented and relational approach assisting in the development of self-awareness. New options for living a fulfilling and meaningful life are explored in a humanistic, experiential and relational process.

Relationship is key to therapy. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to work together to deepen insight into what matters most to you.

In addition, my holistic therapeutic approach aims to restore healthy and resilient nervous system function and emotional regulation.

  2. For a free 15 minute consultation leave your number and a good time for me to call.

  3. We will establish if what I offer and what you need is a good fit, if not I can also happily refer you to another service or counsellor - no offence will be taken!.

  4. First Appointment - during the initial session we talk about your goals for therapy and some of your history and circumstances. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have for me.

Therapy sessions are by appointment and are 55 minutes in duration. Fee: $140

(*note there is provision for a number of reduced fee sessions per week for people unable to afford ongoing full-fee private practice.)
